In the last 50 years, we have completed many industrial and leisure buildings for a wide variety of uses.
We are happy to help you in gaining planning permission, in meeting building regulations and to carry out foundation works. Foundations are comprised of many steel holding-down bolts, which we cast in concrete pads or ring beams. They will contain steel-reinforcing bars or mesh when necessary. Steelwork is supplied in a painted or galvanised finish. Galvanised steel Z-Purlin and cladding rail systems are used to create bay sizes of up to 9 metres.
Insulation to suit your requirements
To comply with ‘Part L’ of building regulations, projects can be insulated with composite panels of various thickness. Alternatively, we supply single-skin box profile cladding sheets with an anti-condensation backing where insulation is not a priority. In all systems, cladding, flashings, and box gutters are available in a magnitude of colours, perhaps to complement your own company’s colours.
Doors can be sliding, folding, roller-shutter or up and over. They can be manually or electrically powered and insulated if required. Personnel and fire door options are also available.
